Default HotKB's TTM Successes!!!

I started collecting autographs TTM around 2 years ago. At that time I tried only 5-6 of hockey HOFers. I stopped for a big while. I started again around September 2011 and now I cannot stop. I mostly send out to athletes and actors that I really like. If I do not see any successes from others, I'll try to find home address. I have tons of failures, RTS, etc., but I'm not a big fan of posting failure. I do not have that many right now. Here are some of my successes.

Some of these folks have shockingly good turnaround times! Congrats! Love the Wahlberg.

Thanks for your comment. The longest turnaround was Bobby Hull. He was on vacation or something. Worth waiting though.

yeh i got gretzky on a card myself. from what im noticing is that he is a very selective signer, so i would assume that letter content for him is key...

everyone says gretzky's are all autopenned though. i'm no expert so i can't tell you for sure, but just letting you know there's a good chance it is then.

Thank you for your comment. As a Gretzky fan, I had been trying to get his autograph and learned his typical autopen. This one is definitely different from his AP. it doesn't have dots where AP machine stops. Here is the link that they talked about that.

I saw your card. Completely different from AP for sure. Did you get it authenticated as you mentioned before?

As for the Jack Nicklaus's autograph, I believe that it's real because it comes with his wife's note. I don't think that she will let anybody use her own note pad with her name printed on it. Good luck :-)

Question : What does hmu mean?

Search through every search engine I can find on the internet and combine all information together before taking a risk to send out. Feel like a stalker lol. I don't sign up for one of those website to get addresses.

I received an opinion saying that Larry Bird one is fake because he has never signed "Bird" under "Larry." He may sign this way because there aren't that many light space to sign. I don't know. I will appreciate any opinions.

i say we all pool a few bucks each and share a user name/password to one of those pay sites, just to see if its worthwhile... would anybody be up for that?

startiger is $35 a year, so split at least five ways, its very manageable

edit: sorry for the thread hijack. you do have a great collection.

You're fine. I don't mind at all posting this in my thread. I appreciate your comment. As for addresses, I think you may get address by paying money, but it doesn't guarantee that our item will be signed though. Eventually, it is down to how we write our letter. I don't know. You can sign up and let me know how it goes :-)

Got AP from Arnold Palmer today. Tried to avoid his AP by sending to PA address, but still got it lol. Well, still got something back.

The Bobby Hull pictures are fantastic. One of the nicest athletes I've ever met.

To be honest, I really wanna meet him in person. He seems to be an easy going and friendly person.

I use startiger 95% of the time for my addresses. I have been using them for 5+ years.
