Is it too late to send TTM's to Spring Training?

Hey guys, I live in CA and kinda lost track of the ST schedule and I realized it basically ends in 2 weeks. If i send it to some teams playing the Cactus League and get them out Monday, do I still have a shot? Or am I better off waiting until the regular season starts?

I would start sending to stadiums..that way they are there waiting for the players..the season starts VERY shortly..So I wouldn't send.
