Any success sending OMLB TTM?

I found 3 dozen or so at a storage auction and I cant get up to DC/Baltimore anytime soon so I was thinking of sending about 2 dozen out to see if I can get them signed by various players. Is is harder to get these signed vs. 8X10's or cards? LMK as I dont want to waste my time or the balls for them to get rejected or lost.

I know Mariano Rivera signes baseball thru the mail... He will give a great auto on the sweet spot.
