How to ship TTM photos

Hi, I am going to have a bunch of photos printed for me for TTM's and I was just wondering how most people ship their photos with an SAE in them. I have an idea of what envelope I want to ship the photo in but I am not sure how I am going to fit another envelope that size in it. Does everyone fold their SAE envelope or do they just buy a slightly larger envelope as the one you are sending it in?

PLEASE HELP!

I use a photo cardboard mailer that an 8x10 photo easily fits into. I place that into a yellow document mailer. Works perfect. Take three stamps on both envelopes

I used to do the whole "3 stamps rule" but my branch of the 'ole USPS has been cracking down, had to buy a damn scale

For good measure with an 8x10 if u dont send cardboard, add "Please do not bend" to the front. it sounds stupid, but it takes a sec. and it could save you some grief

thats a good point, I never take the time to write that on on there and Ive had a ton of photos bent to all hell... figure I'd learn after the first half dozen looked like the Mailman peeled out on them

aha i mean it wont guarantee anything, but it's a nice thing to have for that last resort lol.
