Thanks! I would love to see Yarbrough have a chrome auto as well. Do you know if he is playing in the AFL?

9/5 TTM #8/13

Sam Selman c/o Wilmington Blue Rocks in 84 days

Awesome success from the Royals' second rounder in 2012. He had a great first full season, and his last two starts landed him atop the BA hot sheet: 13 innings, 19 Ks, 2 hits, 3 BBs, 0 runs.

I sure hope so. I really want to send to him.

Nice Selman, by the way! I got him earlier this year, but he signed in really thin sharpie. This looks great.

9/5 TTM #9/13

Mark Haddow c/o Winston-Salem Dash in 19 days

Awesome return from the UCSB alum and another nice Pro Debut addition. Haddow's best minor league season was his first: he hit .312/12/51 with Great Falls. This year, he has notched career highs in doubles and SBs.

Thanks, I love when the auto color matches the team color(s). He seemed to be signing consistently for a while, then he kinda stopped. I'm glad to see he's catching up now that the season is over!

9/5 TTM #10/13

Robbie Ross c/o Rangers in 43 days

Awesome return from the Rangers' reliever. He had a magnificent rookie season, going 6-0 with a 2.22 ERA over 65 innings from the 'pen. He hasn't quite matched that performance this year, but has still been a key part of the Rangers' bullpen.

9/5 TTM #11/35

Scott Oberg c/o Modesto Nuts in 33 days

Awesome return from the Nuts' closer. He had a great regular season, posting a 1.86 ERA with 60 K's in 53.1 innings and 33 saves. He must be catching up on his mail before the postseason starts!

9/5 TTM #12/13

Tanner Scheppers c/o Rangers in 89 days

Awesome return from the 2013 All-Star. Scheppers has been stellar from the 'pen, crafting a 2.04 ERA across 61.2 innings. Its really frustrating that the auto bubbled a bit, that has happened to every single 2013 Bowman paper RC I've gotten back, including Pryor and Kelly.

9/5 TTM #13/13

Zeke DeVoss c/o Daytona Cubs in 9 days

Awesome return from the Cubs' prospect. He's having another solid year, hitting .246/6/51 with 39 steals. Also my third or fourth Pro Debut addition of the day!

7 returns yesterday, 6 of them were successes (got an unsigned card from Jesse Biddle). I will post today's successes later on!

Joc Pederson c/o Chattanooga Lookouts in 56 days

Sick return from the Dodgers' #1 prospect and #44 overall. He had a great year in AA, hitting .278 with 24 doubles, 3 triples, 22 HRs, and 31 SBs.

Tyler Collins c/o Erie SeaWolves in 23 days

Awesome return from the Tigers' #13 prospect. Last year, he hit .290 with 20 SBs, and this year he has shown off his power in AA, pounding 22 HRs with 79 RBI.

James Allen c/o Bakersfield Blaze in 20 days

Nice return from the Kansas State product and 7th round pick by the Reds in 2011. He has since been converted to a starting pitcher, and has been solid so far. This year, he has logged 144.1 IP and has allowed less than a hit per inning.

Victor Roache c/o Wisconsin Timber Rattlers in 91 days

Sweet return from one of the Brewers' two back-to-back selections in the 2012 draft, and their #8 prospect. He made his pro debut this year in Wisconsin, hitting .248/22/74 with 6 steals.

Taylor Jordan c/o Nationals in 10 days

Awesome return from the Nats' rookie. He practically forced himself into the majors this year by going 9-1 with a 1.00 ERA in 15 games in AA.

Jeremy Guthrie c/o Royals in 10 days

Awesome, personalized success from the MLB veteran. This year, Guthrie is 13-10 for the Royals over 184.2 innings with 2 CGSO's.

Got Roache in today, same cards as you. I might as well just use those scans in my thread since they look exactly the same.

Nice Pederson. The blue sharpie looks great with the blue jersey Pederson is wearing. Too bad about the Jesse Biddle though.

Thanks, I agree about the blue. It sucks that they didn't RTS it, instead they wasted my SASE..

3 returns yesterday:

Ehire Adrianza c/o Fresno Grizzlies in 11 days

Awesome return from Ozzie Guillen's nephew and a recent callup. Adrianza was believed to be the best defensive shortstop in the Giants' system. He has also proven he can hit- after earning a AAA promotion, he proceeded to hit .310 in 45 games.

Avery Romero c/o Batavia Muckdogs in 38 days

Great return from the Marlins' #8 prospect. He recently earned a callup from short-season after hitting .297 with 18 doubles in 56 games. This year he has split his time between 3B and SS, and could end up at either one.

George Kontos c/o Fresno Grizzlies in 23 days

Sweet return from the Giants' reliever. Kontos was magnificent in 2012 to help win the World Series, crafting a 2.47 ERA over 44 games, with 44 strikeouts across 43.2 innings.

Nice to see that you got a return from Avery Romero. I sent him a request with a NYPL Top Prospects card a while back, looking forward to tomorrow now .

Nice Romero. I like when players don't wear batting gloves.

They are actually printed on 4x6 photo paper, but the photo itself is only 3x5. This leaves some extra white border, which I trim down a bit. This also helps because 4x6's don't quite fit in the SASE's I use, so at this trimmed size they fit much more comfortably.

This should help a bit with the resolution (3x5 instead of 4x6) but you can always try a different print size. Hope this helps!

oh that makes sense. so you print them smaller on regular paper, you just trim the edges? i don't have a paper cutter though atm (i might have access to one at school... hmm)

Yes I print them smaller on regular (photo) paper. To be honest I don't have a cutting board either so I use scissors

2 returns today:

Nick Franklin c/o Mariners in 77 days

Awesome return from the M's rookie. He was a first round pick in 2009 and shot through the system pretty quickly for a high schooler. This year, he has clubbed 12 HRs with the Mariners.

Rich Hill c/o Indians in 75 days

Nice return from the Indians' reliever. He was very reliable last year for the Red Sox but has struggled in 2013.

3 returns today.

Kole Calhoun c/o Salt Lake Bees in 49 days

Awesome return from the Angels' rookie and a great PD set addition. Calhoun smacked .354/12/49 with 10 steals in AAA to earn a big league callup, and has .290/6/23 in his brief stint so far.

Matt Hague c/o Indianapolis Indians in 90 days

Nice return from the Bucs' first baseman. He made his big league debut last year, but has spent 2013 in AAA. I have to say, I'm getting really tired of the 2013 Bowman RCs bubbling like this.

Bruce Billings c/o Sacramento River Cats in 56 days

Great success from one of the A's most reliable AAA starters. He has logged 148.1 innings this year with a 13-8 record.

Nice to see that you're still getting returns Noah. My well seems to have run dry earlier this week.

And nice Calhoun!

3 more returns today (all over 60 days), and a RTS from Casey Crosby.

Lucas Sims c/o Rome Braves in 63 days

Sick return from the Braves' #1 prospect (#93 overall). Sims had a phenomenal first full season, switching to a starter mid-year. In total, he went 12-4 with a 2.62 ERA and 116.2 innings with 134 strikeouts. Still just 19, this kid has a very bright future!

Adam Morgan c/o Lehigh Valley IronPigs in 68 days

Sweet return from the Phillies' #6 prospect. He had a great 2012, notching a 3.35 ERA and 169 strikeouts (third in all the minors) in 158.2 innings. This year, he has been solid in AAA but has dealt with some injury issues. He should be in Philly soon!

Hideki Okajima c/o Sacramento River Cats in 77 days

Sweet return from the longtime NPB/MLB veteran. In 2007, he won the Setup Man of the Year award. This year, he has played for the A's AAA affiliate.

nice returns, wonder why Crosby rts'd?

I might write to Sims if I get the chance next year. It gets weirder and weirder for me all the time to see players who graduated high school the year i did
