does anyone know if mark lowe or pat neshek will sign just sent those two out today

Neshek is a great signer, he is also an autograph collector himself. One of the things he says on his site is if you don't have a card to send him, send him an autographed card of anybody for his collection, and he'll send you a signed card of himself.

not sure. check his site, he may have an off season address. Also not sure where he played most recently, still on the O's?

There's quite a few sites with all sorts of information on who signs, who doesn't sign, what addresses they sign through, etc. Try sportscollectors.net or the TTM Database at SCF.
