Anyone send to Minor League facilities during the season?

Just wondering if anyone has had any success sending to guys that are in the minors during the season.
Thanks for the help!

Minor league guys tend to be decent signers for the most part

When I worked in the clubhouse for the Syracuse Chiefs part of my job was distributing fan mail. Everyone would get a lot and the big prospects would get the most. Most guys signed almost everything that was sent to them. Far different than the big leagues and you will have much better luck going this route IMO. Now i've been out of the clubhouse for three years and the player atmosphere has changed a lot in that time. Players seem to be more guarded now w/ their signature as compared to the past. Just my 2 cents!

I just sent the other day to the Columbus Clippers, to Yan Gomes. I've never sent to minor leaguers before, but I hope it works!

Yan is now in Cleveland so depending on how long his stay is there, it may be awhile if ever. I used to box up the mail from the players who got called up to Toronto. I would either deliver it there myself or wait till the players returned. (Most do). If the player is no longer at the receiving address though, your chances go down about 80%!

 of course, the first minor leaguer i send to gets promoted the day after i send it xD

I'm sure he'll be back at AAA soon enough... just a little pissed

I just sent to Kyle Zimmer, Dylan Bundy, Kevin Gausman, and Oscar Taveras. Hopefully I just get one back, but minor leaguers tend to sign a lot more than once they're stars.

I need to send to Gausman and Bundy, ASAP.

Both in AA?

Yep, both I don't think for long, at least for Bundy.

Just mailed about a dozen yesterday to minor league teams hoping I have better success than I did for spring training.
