Mailday TTM: Killer find!

guys, I had to post this quick. This is by far the best TTM I probably will ever get. My favorite actor, Clint Eastwood. I sent a nice heartfelt letter to him and mentioned that the first time I ever seen my father-in-law cried was in Gran Torino. I sent the black and white photo and Mr. Eastwood sent me an extra photo and a nice typed letter. What an amazing day to pick up the mail. He also asked me not to share his address with anyone because he has been getting overwhelmed with mail.

On a side note, I welcome you to our site, and I hope you enjoy the more educated resourceful members. I have found most of the members are well educated on the hobby, a good source for information, and generally nice. There are some trolls on this site, and they will be sure to show their faces wherever they can degrade someone.

I encourage new members. It helps me keep up with active signers, and gives me ideas on future TTM attempts. Also, I love seeing the items that get signed..... The TTM section has100% good guys....

Sorry I read your post incorrectly. I didn't see the word "big" in your post which changes the context. Probably partially like I suggested that this was dug out of the depths of the TTM database, and two, I guess perhaps people weren't sure how serious you were when you said he didn't want you giving out the address. (The rolling eyes face might throw some people off. I know well enough sarcasm can be very difficult at times to detect on these boards).

oh i see now. Well I am 99.9% sure that this is a secretarial and the message I got was generic because i tried clint again, and got the same letter. so its no biggy anymore... it is now listed on startiger...

sadly, eastwood doesn't sign TTM anymore and hasn't in years...everything you get is usually secretarial or autopen...there have been tons of discussions and pics to support it on Tested Celebrity Addresses - Collect Autographs - Manage Your Collection at StarTiger

that's not to say you can't get a legit sig in the mail...but the odds are very slim to none.

It's still cool, you get a nice looking pic and something directly from his office, just don't think it's real and if you have something already signed legit by someone else, I wouldn't mess it up thinking you will get a real sig back from Clint.

no problem, i teach special ed, and the word retard really gets under my skin. I hear it all the time and shouldnt let it get to me, because i know 99% of the people wouldnt actually try to offend a mentally challenged person. I am the same way with the word gay or fag.
