Default UPHEYUP's IP/TTM Thread

First time posting here. Thought I would post some of my In Person Autos that I have obtained recently with my son. Don't attend a ton of games but try to get to a local minor league game with a few good prospects once a week during the summer. Will try to update as the summer rolls on. Enjoy.

7/8/14 Bowie Baysox @ Harrisburg Senators

Bowie
Christian Walker 1/1 ROMLB
Eduardo Rodriguez 0/1 (Did not see him pre-game)

Harrisburg
Michael Taylor 1/1 Game Used Eastern League Ball

Thanks SportsAutoFreak. Loved getting autographs since I was young and hope to teach my son the joy of graphing.

Here's one from 6/24/14 in State College PA

Jamestown Jammers at State College Spikes

Didn't really have anyone I was looking for after learning that Meadows would be starting the season in West Virginia.

First inning got a foul ball off the bat of Jordan Luplow, so my son and I got him to sign it after the game. Sorry for the blurry pic.

Sure. I hope your son has as much as you do and wish you two tons of luck.

Don't worry about the blurry picture. I can still make it out and happy you got him. Certainly a nice little memory right there. Keep them coming.

I see the Lindor ball is a little smudged. Not ideal, but still great to get him seeing how deep shortstop is for prospects.

Yea the lindor ball was my mistake. When he handed it back to me the pen almost fell so i readjusted my grip right onto the signature. Oh well.

I used to a do ton of TTM but moved to IP graphing lately. Here is a recent TTM request I sent by email to FSU. Really happy about this return.

You can always get Lindor again possibly.

Love the Jimbo Fisher. Keep these coming. I'm really enjoying all of this.

Well this one is my prized possession. When I was a member on the Beckett forums I posted this over there. It is my completed 1995 Atlanta Braves World Series Team. I have each player and Bobby Cox on card autos plus a couple others just for displaying. They were obtained in various ways (TTM, IP, and certified autos)

Not a bad prized possession at all to have. That is an amazing looking piece right there and I'm sure it must've been fun tracking that goal down. You have a lot to be proud of as far as your collection goes. Hopefully it grows some more.

Yes Giolito did personalize. I just photoshopped it out for this thread. My pen worked fine until giolito began signing the ball and then it died. Thank goodness for the guy beside me or I may not have gotten the signature. The personalization looks a little rough that's why I shopped it.

I guess if you don't mind it, it's no big deal. A personalized signature is better than no signature at all.

Oh I totally agree! I like getting personalized ttm's! I got one from Phil Niekro made out to my first and last name, one of my favorite signed cards because it is like super-personalized!

I got a first and last name personalization from Dolph Schayes a few years back. Your Niekro card looks amazing.
