Default Sorry Guys, Another Set Question

Hey guys,
Sorry to bother. I'm wondering if I should continue with my 2014 Bowman Top 100 Set. I've only got six done this year, which is less than I hoped. I got a late start on getting the set signed, so should I start new with the 2015 Top 100 set next year, or continue with the set I'm doing? Right now I'm leaning to starting the new set next year. Let me know what you guys think.

Don't give up, it takes awhile to get a complete set signed. You are doing alright with it.

stick with it.

If you're doing exclusive TTM, try branching out and going for 50/50s or hitting up the local ML field

Agreed. It's way to early to throw in the towel. Let's face it: if it was easy, everyone would do it. The harder it is the more satisfaction you'll get when it's done.

Another way to go about it is this: when the 2015 set comes out, you may have some guys that are in both sets and you can send 2 cards at one time. It could save you some time and money!

I agree with Billy Ocean, try branching out and trying to get 50/50's and consignments, too. Use all the tools at your disposal.

I'd keep at it, those cards look so sweet signed! Unless you are just massively frustrated already, but if not, just keep plugging away. One card at a time. One card at a time...

You need patience to do a set. If your impatient forget about it it takes years sometimes to complete signed sets I've been working on a Press Pass NASCAR set for almost a year now with 22/100 cards in the set signed, if you can't be patient and you can't wait for your TTMs to come back, wait for opportunities to 50/50 and IP you cards you should just get out of it.

I have been working on my 89 Topps set for 5 years and I am finally down to the last 21 needed for the set. Yes I have thought about giving up but then the thrill of knocking off a card I need makes up for it and keeps me going. It takes a lot of patience. Just think of the accomplishment when you finally complete the set.

feel lucky you're not doing a set like mine where three players are now dead from it

RIP Gwynn, Kile and Caminiti

Im doing the 89 Topps set where there are lots of deceased guys. Signed cards are out there, you just have to be willing to pay a decent amount for them
