Default My attempt at custom allen & ginters

I figured the easiest one to do would be the 2008 version. I finally spent a few hours messing around with gimp and came up with these three so far... I will keep practicing and need to track down a nice printer to print card stock....

Mariota, Dak Prescott, and Derek Carr

They look good, especially since you can use Ginter designs for non-sports people as well! Only thing would be to try and find out what text others are using for the player name; yours looks a bit off.

I agree. I tried messing around with different fonts and the only one I could match halfway of was times new roman. I need to do some more looking though

I really love what you have so far. How do you make the colour splotches behind them? I'm very interested in this, I've been messing around a bunch with my copy of photoshop lately and would love to try something like this.

It's really easy. I just use the acrylic brush and pick whatever color I want to use

do you have any ideas on how to print these? I am literally in the dark. I'm halfway tempted to go out and buy a nice printer and figure out some nice card stock but I'm in the dark on where to even start. Youre the perfect guy to ask...

Those are really cool! If I had any criticism, it would be to make the color around the A&G logo match with the other color.

If I may put in my two cents...
I have an hp office pro 8600 printer that's great. Prints photos well and can print front and back. I would recommend this printer.
As for printing cards.. I would suggestest setting them up on a blank document 8.5x11. You can fit nine cards on a single sheet(Cards are 2.5x3.5). Print it out on the thickest card stock that will run through the printer and cut With a ruler and exacto or with a photo cutter. Hope this helps!

Yes thank you for the tip. That sums it up. Ginters aren't the most detailed card so it leaves a lot of room for an average printer. The double sided is perfect.

My wife bought it for me around Valentine's Day. It ran in the $200-250 range. Maybe cheaper now I'm not sure.
