Celebrity Autographs

Is it a waste of money buying and sending photos? I've read a number of stories about the celebrity providing the signed photo after a letter was sent. Thanks. Obviously with athletes you can use cards.

It depends...most of the celebrities that I send to sign the photos I've sent. It just depends on the celebrity (whether or not it's a secretarial). Sometimes when I can't find a good pic I'll just write them asking for a autographed pic...but I still send in a 4x6 index card with their name printed on it.
