QUestion:
Since you collect Mantles from his playing years, will you be buying the subsets conatining Mantle?

Subsets like RBI leaders, HR leaders, Yankee team cards...

I am focused more on the Mantle Basic set on the PSA Registry. There are a few subset cards I love though like the 58T All Star, 57T Mantle/Aaron HR Leaders and the 57T Mantle/Berra. I will likely pick those up at some point. Aside from that, it'll be the 51-69 base cards I go after in low grade with top notch centering and eye appeal.

I know you said that you aren't rich by any means but surely that was a four figure card, so I will have to live vicariously through your collection on that one LOL!
The 51 was 4 figures but the centering sold me. Figured that card is as liquid as cash with all Mantle collectors. It would have to be real bad times to let that one to though. The 52T is next... Eventually

I'm shocked by the grade of some of these cards. I know that they each have their flaws, but they are very easy on the eyes. You've did an excellent job of snagging them!
