New here! Hello!

Hello, I am new to the forums but have been collecting since 1986 when i was 10. I live in South Louisiana and collect Saints, Hornets, Astros, but also collect the big rookies of the big stars of all sports. My first sports love, however, is Nebraska Cornhuskers Football. Mother is from Nebraska and have been to several Nebraska games(including the famous 1984 Orange Bowl vs. Miami) over the years. I do have an Ebay account but am not doing much on there as of now as my wife is due with our first child in about 2 weeks and its been a zoo getting everything ready and on top of that Hurricane Gustav made a direct landfall on my town of Houma. Well, I am open to all suggestions and discussions and look forward to getting to know some of you.

Good luck w/ the little one and welcome to the board! I'm not too familiar w/ your particular college team so when you get the chance maybe throw out some names of players we might know?

Also, I left a post today in regards to pre-2001 print runs of certain sets and last week I busted a box of 2007 national treasures and 2007 ud exquisite baseball, those results are somewhere on the box break forums of the respective sports. Will post later my box break of 2006 national treasures and 2007 topps sterling baseball. AS far as Nebraska Cornhuskers, mainly any auto of a former nebraska player as long as the auto is on a card where the picture is the player in the nebraska uniform, helmet, 8 X 10, mini-helmet, banner or lithograph......doesnt matter i guess on that. Tommie Frazier, Tom Osborne, Scott Frost, Eric Crouch, Grant Wistrom, Neil Smith, Ahman Green mainly

Nice to see someone from Lousianna. I lived in Lake Charles from 1994-1998. I went to McNeese Univerisity for a while. My brother still lives in Lake Charles and I try and visit him every other year. I went to two card shops last time I was in Lake Charles and was not to impressed. I was in your Neck of the Woods as well. I took my wife to New Orleans for 4 days and showed her life in the Quarter. I miss that area, but not the weather. It was sad to see most of Lousianna(or what was left of it) after Rita and Katrina.

Have some fried gator and an Abita for me!!!
