Default New member from Sacramento

Hi everyone,

I am new here. I used to collect cards and got aware from it for a few years. Now my son is into Pokemon and of course we started looking at those cards at places like Target. It started coming back to me and now I started buying some hobby packs. It's funny how I live in Sacramento and I am a Golden State Warriors fan who is hoping they will tank just so they can have two 1st round picks in next year's draft. Isn't it pathetic?!

Welcome to Blowout. I lived in elk grove for a few years with a short stay off of garden highway thrown in for good measure.

I used to love Pokemon back in elementary. And I still may have some laying around. Especially the shiny ones. Which was the only ones I cared about lol. If you want, I could send you some for free. But I'm pretty sure they're not in mint condition anymore.

Hey I live in Sacramento and am a die-hard Warriors fan! Part of it is I just moved to Elk Grove from Marin County so I have always been a Warriors fan. Welcome and happy collecting!

If you're in the Elk Grove area I suggest you check out California Comics and Cards.

I am looking for a local card shop, maybe I will check out Elk Grove. It is a little further from where I am at.

It's funny. When I first moved up here, I found there are a lot of Lakers & Kings fans It felt like I was the only Warriors fan in Sac. It was tough seeing the W's get wiped out by the Kings during the big run in the early 2000s. What do you think of the Monta Ellis trade?
