Just another new guy...

Hey, just wanted to say, "Hello!"

I started becoming interested in cards again in February after finally making an Ebay account. I found I have some great stuff to sell on there, just not any cards, lol. I've been noticing many people like myself who got out of the hobby in the 90s and are getting back into it.

I've been lurking here for a few months trying to get myself up to speed with things. I want to thank all of you for providing so much valuable information. I've looked at other forums and they have all been quite underwhelming. I haven't been actively participating on the boards until I have an idea of what I'm talking about...looking at a guide after so long...you need the freakin' Rosetta Stone (see:Topps Moments And Milestones). I had also registered when there was an influx of people who'd probably fit in better at that other board and weren't exactly welcome.

I've actually purchased way more product so far than I figured I would. I had forgotten how much fun this hobby could be.

Anyways, thanks again and I hope to participate here frequently. A special thanks to Blowout for being so great to order from!

Fun and frustrating at the same time. Sounds like you are coming down with the bug that has bit quite a few of the people on here (me included). I've only been collecting for the past few years and I've smartened myself up spending too many hours on Ebay, watching the many box breaks and case breaks (to include Youtube) and lastly by participating here on Blowout when I can. This is a good group of people and hopefully you will experience the BEST the hobby has to offer. Welcome and GOOD LUCK!!!
