What's Buzz-worthy: You might discount these boxes as being "just retail," but I'd mark myself down as impressed with the volume of what you land here as well as the quality of the inserts that you get in bulk. Buzz found this box for the price of a couple of packs (under $20) and was impressed by pretty much all of it -- though the spots you see on the autograph are from where it stuck to the card below it and lost ink when pulled apart. (The autos are seeded face down in packs.) That's a bummer if you're grading (or paying full price) but it was still a decently rare auto that impressed me. The stock used here is solid and the printing and packaging is also clean -- it made me ponder grading possibilities on a couple of these cards. Chase Elliott is probably your key card in the base set but I like its mix of past and present stars and its subsets, though the car cards are a bit formulaic and might be more appealing in insert sets vs. base cards. All in all, I liked this one and it's a good option on the cheap as hobby boxes and blasters (one hit per) have become a little more scarce than they were in the past.
