What's Buzz-worthy: This wasn't the best break of this one beyond a couple of rookies and some names here and there among the inserts and base -- but nothing truly big. The good news is that I recently spotted these for not much more than a blaster vs. the original price of $39ish. As I said the last time I ripped one of these, the design and the rookies here remain a big grab for me -- this is a simple one that seems to be very collector-minded in how it looks and feels and what it delivers. Is big stuff possible? To a degree, though the lineup shown on the back of the box isn't a lot more advanced than what you see here. The only things I didn't land are prime jerseys (/50) and Contenders preview cards (/24) that shouldn't be expected on the regular. The overall feel here is comfortable ... at least at the lower price I paid. With Lamar Jackson, Baker Mayfield and other key guys possible here, there is potential for some fun here without breaking the bank. Red Zone parallels and the Rookie Stallions mem cards are only found here, so over time, those could be in a little more demand than other versions as the ink here, in theory, limits the overall volume of boxes made for this one.
Product Grade: B+
Box Grade: B- (decent names among base and rookies but not that flashy for larger box)
Fun Grade: B+
