What's Buzz-worthy: Buzz picked this lot up when these packs were on special for less than $2 a pop simply because of the potential for some big rookies that can deliver well -- whether you find hits or just standard cardboard. The Kamara appearance here paid for a few packs but the rest wasn't that impressive at all this time. These packs are basically all base with one Rookie Card, one Rated Rookie or one insert per pack. The rookie lineup can pay off here if you have some luck -- check out the asking prices here on COMC.com for just the Lime rookies. My run wasn't great at all -- I'd suggest trying the box route (fewer packs than this lot -- see link above) since there should be some type of hit involved as well as a run of the proper ratios of inserts. One or two cards can make a box here and chasing Patrick Mahomes Rookie Cards on the cheap is appealing. Lime parallels are only found in these packs and a raw Mahomes can sell for a solid amount while a PSA 10 recently sold for more than $200. There are, of course, standard versions and Prizms of all those notables, too. They just weren't here. I'd go the box or case route here when they're on sale. I busted perhaps more of Donruss and Optic football this year than any brand and there's a reason -- it's solid. This format just doesn't cough up the goods as easily -- which is why there's some chase and decent value to be had here.
