What's Buzz-worthy: This one didn't indicate any kind of assured hit on the blaster front so I went with the hanger route for a taste and got what seems like an average box at best. I like the aesthetics of this brand -- a big plus -- but this felt really flat. Last year went with a very non-traditional format -- a jumbo memorabilia card and a single pack of just a few cards (with parallels) -- and that, to me, was a winner. This one reverts to a more traditional format and while it includes the Dazzle cards once again I just didn't land anything here that wowed me for $10. The blaster might have been the better route but this one didn't leave me wanting to rip more, though this is a lower-end brand that I do like. The numbering of the short-printed Statements skips some numbers so I'd expect there are some other cards only found in other formats or stores beyond this one (this was a Walmart box). The results here didn't really prompt me to want to look. Maybe it will grow on me over time. Your results will likely be better than mine -- maybe I'll dabble at some point in the future. Autographs are possible in this format and there are cards only found here -- so there are reasons to rip. For now, my taste would be to rip last year's boxes for the hits and rookies and the Dazzle cards that have treated me pretty well. Once those dry up, I might dabble here again.
