What's Buzz-worthy: I found a new vein of this cardboard gold out in the retail wild -- yes, they are trickling out -- and couldn't resist ripping even though one can easily triple their money on these boxes unopened. (Win or lose, it's what I do ... rip 'em.) This box delivered well on the rookie front with its high-volume offerings yet I didn't land anything for the guy on the box. Bummer there but still a solid box. What makes this more of an interesting break? The volume -- double the number of cards per pack and 10 packs per box here. That's the same as two and a half blasters, which is why these boxes are a little pricier. As I said before, the basic design here is super simple -- almost oldschool Pacific in its feel -- but with a Prizm approach. The basic set is 200 cards and then the 100 topping that are from a number of subsets that arrive relatively often together but I'll note them as SPs here. ... This format includes Pink Fluorescent Mosaic Prizms (/10) -- I landed an Orange (/25) in my blaster -- and they include a good volume of the Reactive Blue cards (one per pack) but they seem more like red cards to me.
