What's Buzz-worthy: First off, this box is not the norm -- so pretty much all stats here will be an enigma compared to a normal box. Why? There are only supposed to be two autos per box, but this could be somewhat planned, too, as one case-breaker on the forum indicated he also had one five-auto box in his case. My bet? Orders for this one could have been low ... so they just threw them in. Why might that be? This hobby-only NXT release is one that moved from an autograph in every pack to just two autographs per box this time around -- it might have had an affect on demand. There are some carry-overs here with the past -- on-card autographs are still here and so is the super-skinny stock with a lot of black borders that will show off issues on those autos very easily. (Grading your autos could be tough, very tough.) That's a shame as there are a few first-time autos here that could be in big demand now and later as there are firsts for NXT UK stars Toni Storm (her first Gold /10 auto sold for $300 on eBay) and Walter here as well as other newcomers like Io Shirai, Keith Lee, Matt Riddle, Chelsea Green and Mia Yim who may or may not have had ink earlier this year. The base set here is limited -- it's all highlights and only for the men as the women's moments were mixed into the women's release earlier this year. The big highlight here besides ink? The Roster set might be the best basic card design of the year. Period. And it's got most of those newcomers found here, too ... as well as the skinny stock and dark color scheme. This one would have been a pre-order for me had I known a checklist before it arrived, though I will admit I preferred the auto-per-pack approach, too. I landed one of the key autos to look for here, albeit not the one I wanted and on a cool note I also landed one of the Viking Raiders' autos that I wrote about earlier today here. Hopefully this one remains plentiful and affordable in box form because I want to dig in more, though I will watch for the ink I want. At its high spots, this one is one of the better sets of the year though it following the highlights formula for the main portion has been one thing I haven't liked as much in all standard 2019 WWE releases.

Product Grade: B+ (main set isn't my favorite approach ... roster set is A+)
Box Grade:
A+ (five autos instead of two -- perhaps once per case?)
Fun Grade: B
