What's Buzz-worthy: This pair of boxes -- one of each blaster type linked in the store last I checked -- offered up pretty much the norm here with Pinks in one and Green Ice in the other with both having a mess of rookies and top stars in play. This brand is easily one of my favs across the board in all sports -- I think I have opened some in all of them -- but this year I actually skipped it back when it arrived since there was plenty and I figured I'd wait until later. (Now is later and it's on the cheap.) Why two at once? It sounded like a good idea to clear out some of my past boxes waiting ... but at the same time the sorting here was busy like a hobby box. All in all, I did pretty well with key names but not much otherwise in terms of rare (numbered) stuff or hits, which can be found here but not regularly. This brand is a fun rip with the variety and there is always potential if you land a key rookie or top star on something rarer or among the parallels but just like there are a lot of boxes there has also been a lot ripped ... so this one, at least in this format, is more about fun. Find the bigger box formats for shots at the better stuff in this release.
