What's Buzz-worthy: Statistically this box really over-delivered with a pair of Speckle parallels that are one in 27 packs apiece -- remember, there are only five packs per box here -- but it just didn't feel like it was that flashy of a box save for one big, rare card. That Joey Bart auto? That's a one in 594 find -- one in 119 boxes -- and then the Speckle auto is one in 24 packs. Those Speckles could be big deals down the line but the Bart is a biggie now -- but it was a slight bummer with somewhat dramatic surface scratches that would nix an elite grade and damper the dollars here. That's a key with a high-end box packing only five autos. I was a little surprised to find a pair of dupes in a small box and a relatively small set here, but if that's the norm that could mean extras of key names that could add some fun value at times. Without the rare ink here? I probably wouldn't have been all that impressed -- I'm not a big prospector but the Gonzales seems like the only other notable sig in this box.  These feel like they should be two-hit packs to offer some safety -- and some type of insert here would make sure there is an insert and/or parallel per pack, adding even more safety or at least some added value potential. Style-wise, I do like the simplicity here and the card backs are clean and bright, too, though this one doesn't really have a bigger higher-end feel beyond the box and presentation.

Product Grade: B+
Box Grade:
A (super-rare card here ... should be an A+ box but I'll knock it down due to damage on that card -- see gallery)
Fun Grade: B- (these packs really feel bare-bones)
