What's Buzz-worthy: This third wave of promotion-made trading cards dropped just days ago and once again sold out within hours of its release. It's the newest batch of cards in a series that is the first officially licensed Impact! wrestling card set since 2013. These packs ($29.99) appear to be the same each time based on the lineup on the back of the pack save for an autographed card limited to 100 copies. There are also once again three autos to find here -- Johnny Swinger, Tenille Dashwood and Trey Miguel. This time, I landed the high-flyer's ink though I'll admit I think the A-box here would be Dashwood though she has certified autos with her past persona in WWE. This one's lineup seems about on-par vs. previous series and is once again skip-numbered with a bigger name getting a place lower on the checklist and No. 21 remaining unfilled. (Link up top shows the full checklist and all cards from this series are below.) I'll likely keep at this series -- there should only be a few more -- to land a name I collect here more than others ... though not on cardboard as there are many here making their card debuts ... at least on anything from a major promotion. With only 300 sets made (100 per auto creating that situation) and the ability to order three to get all of the autos this one is easy to collect if you get in on it straight from the company. Secondary market prices here are pretty strong on sets and singles though you don't know which auto you'll get until you open the box.
Product Grade: A-
Box Grade: B+ (I think this auto is in middle of the three but with good potential)
Fun Grade: B
