What's Buzz-worthy: How well can one retail pack deliver? Well, talent-wise this one delivered pretty well though the key names are guys who have had cards before. One of my inserts is one in six and the other us one in two so to me the sum of all here is a little above a B but not good enough to land an A, particularly since these are now running $9.98 a pop at Walmart. (Not worth the price hike over a year or two ago if you ask me.) As I noted last time, the design and printing here seemed crisper and cleaner than some past years with stock that feels a little more sturdy, too. The design isn't as rigid with borders that are more like framing with nice smaller touches on both the fronts and backs. It's better on that front and I think pretty strong within the last decade or so of Bowman prospect designs. Retail is the home of exclusive Green parallels (none for me this time) while these can include a number of possible finds at longer odds, including Superfractors.
