What's Buzz-worthy: I didn't open much of this one back when it arrived and I probably should have with a good mix of past and present stars and an array of inserts in pretty much all formats with exclusives in play. This one? The Orange and Diamond cards are only found here and I landed a couple of cards of notables (Kershaw, Judge) that helped. This one's from the bargain bin so I wasn't that worried about the main stars being lean on base to some degree -- it's a decent-sized set and this is a smaller format -- but it still had enough to make it interesting. As I noted before, for a collector these cheaper packs do deliver a good mix of names and inserts. Some will hit, some will miss -- and if you're a regular buyer of Donruss, then this one will fit your needs. I didn't immediately jump on a box of this one as I'm just not feeling the blocks in the base design but it does make more sense as a 3D look when you see a parallel. ... Hobby boxes can deliver well for the price -- I'd definitely suggest that as long as you're good with the look. There's a lot to find in that format and guaranteed hits.
