What's Buzz-worthy: If you want an affordable release that has plenty of flash (Refractors!), a lot of star power (Baby Yoda!), ink every time and then potential for big stuff while also delivering plenty of basics to collect but not too much? This might be it. It's got some minor funk with the split base set -- I would have used the Season 2 design for all base ... it's just better -- but the inserts are nice while also offering up the basics (concept art for the millionth time) once again but with stuff around that to keep it from feeling too conceptual. The Blue here is one in 54 packs so color isn't too easy (one in three boxes) and that's the easiest version. That might be my biggest knock here. Base card Supers, by the way, are one in 5,259 ... 293 boxes. There are some SP base cards that are one in 107 packs, too, but nothing on that front in this one. The auto is one in 136 packs and a veteran actor where you probably know his face -- I do he was in Draft Day -- though you won't see it here. (Any chance actor faces can be on card backs for these characters' cards?) That trivia got this one get to an A- in my book since it was color ... I wasn't as impressed until I checked that but overall I like a lot here. I actually upped this release's overall grade a little due to the simplicity here ... though there are things that I didn't pull. What I did see I liked ... just feels like more is needed to make it a little more fun to open. The split designs did help it feel like there was more here but I like the looser framework more. I'll probably rip another one of these at some point.

Product Grade: A
Box Grade:
A-
Fun Grade: B+ (it's a simple lineup ... feels like it's one element short of solid variety)
