What's Buzz-worthy: I didn't ever rip this one back when it arrived -- not one pack -- but the Cardboard Gods might want me to open more after landing some solid names among the parallels and inserts here in this first sampling. Why? It's now a discount-priced bargain kind of rip that's packed with Hall of Famers and then prospects and other young stars -- but no active MLB veterans who weren't recently prospects. That technically means no Rookie Cards (and the Witt logo is an error) but this was still a solid little box. This one has a little more oomph to it at retail vs. some other years with this one including some exclusive inserts and colors -- all found in this box this time -- along with some good names in good spots. There are 1/1 Black parallels possible here as well as Gold (/10) atop the colors seen in this one as well as autographs for old-timers and prospects alike. I like the old names on modern looks here and there's definite upside to names like Elly and Witt, too.
