What’s Buzz-worthy: Landing one of the best of the best in the history of the game here actually might be expected, depending on your sport, but I actually didn't expect to see Mad Dog. That and the color scheme here with one of the Braves colors in play made this one a simple win -- and it looks like he's the kind of find here that will pay for the pack and more. (Nothing super-pricey but pays for a few packs and that's not a given in a lot of releases these days from any company) ... I like that for a pack that cost me less than $5 and I picked off a group of these recently for some extra surprises and quick-rip posts. This set includes stars from sports with less cardboard as well as traditional ones and I like this approach as it's something that could trend affordable while remaining unique and something that could pique the interests of a lot of collectors. There's a lot to find here as you'll see in my upcoming packs -- and you never know how interest for stuff like this might grow over time once packs are no longer easily found and player collectors have stashed their favorites.
