What's Buzz-worthy: I picked up these two sets months ago but they never made it into a Buzz Buys lineup like I had planned ... instead I'll present them as a Buzz Break since there are chase cards to be found along with the sets and since my new-set break last week was a popular one. What are these? They're a pair of artist-created indy wrestling card sets that spotlight some notable stars of yesterday as well as today. Only 150 sets were made for the main set, while the smaller set is capped (and long sold out) at only 45. What got me to bite? The variations including Ripley and The Rock for starters and the Moné and Storm cards are cool, too. (A Timeless/Toni Storm then and now would have been cool, too, but overall it's all good.) The bonuses depend on when and how many sets you grabbed, but I was good with what I landed with the Ripley lenticular. Like the last set, these illustrations showcased in a Japanese menko design are crisply done and the printing and cutting is immaculate, too. These are more standard-sized cards vs. the other sets I have looked into here, but they're all wins to me. (I prefer younger names with fewer cards so that's probably why this grade dipped slightly for me vs. others.) Just like last time, all in all, I like the feel of these and I'll be a regular buyer while they're done. Why? They're affordable and crisply done and the continuity of them helps make it all a little more collectable. They're a win and something fun to add to the stash without breaking the bank.

Product Grade: A- for base set ... A for Rewind Series
Lot Grade:
A- (could have done better on my bonus cards)
Fun Grade: B+ (range of names is a little wider in this one so the other sets are a smidge tighter)
