What's Buzz-worthy: My last one of these was an A+ break loaded on every front ... and this second one I bought at that time was above-average for sure, though not as jacked. This time? A Relic -- still a win odds-wise -- and then a solid run of rookies, stars and then some names among the inserts. (My SPs were rough but there was enough around them to make it OK.) Ultimately, the Relic (though not a money card) was the one that gets this to an A-level box. ... The larger box format here gives a better view of the mix and the possibilities for sure -- way better than hangers for the variety as those basically have two inserts and the rest base -- and as I said in my other breaks, it just feels like this brand is one that needs to be adding to its lineup as it finishes off the late-1970s if the goal is to sell more ... this one still needs more. ... Hopefully the still-to-come Heritage High Number will arrive with a lot of the messiness here for stock and production cleaned up and a solid lineup of newcomers on retro cards that many, many collectors still appreciate even if they aren't chasing big-mojo hits via breaks. The rest of the 1970s Heritage years to come may be challenging but revisiting the 1980s will be strong once/if we get there, too. The hobby needs more brands like this one in the mix for a lot of reasons.

Product Grade: B
Box Grade:
A- (Relic isn't the norm and some good names among rookies, base and inserts)
Fun Grade: A-
