What's Buzz-worthy: I have opened a bunch of these in recent months and this one from a new batch is a first ... no variants in play here at all despite a few duplicates that I have seen before in these. That's a bit odd, too, as these have been pretty repetitive ... but it is what it is. ... While these can at times deliver a bunch of variants -- cool but not always rare these days, but at least those are not the basics -- this new wave of repacks appears to be heavy on recent-year franchises such as Batman, stuff related to Black Adam/Justice League and other D.C. staple. This one included some Shazam for the first time -- half of a mini series -- while the one Batman cover might be the most-striking of the visuals here. These were ultimately pocket-change pick-ups and, more of often than not, these seem like they are clean, unread copies likely straight from the publishers' leftovers. I think they are worth the look considering you're paying pocket change per issue. (And that's why I break them ... just for something different on the cheap.)

Product Grade: A- (it is what it is ... a new-issue grab bag)
Pack Grade: C (no variants ... a first in all of my opening of these)
Fun Grade: C (so not as good as others I have opened)
