BuzzMania 7: All or Nothing Fully Loaded Finale (Hour 12)
This entry was posted on April 5, 2024
.The biggest weekend in pro wrestling is here with WrestleMania 40 set for this Saturday and Sunday from Philadelphia. We'll make today a big one for wrestling collectors right here on The Buzz with #BuzzMania7, a marathon of WWE wax box/pack breaks all day long.
This one is the finale for today -- a box that lays it all on the line with one and only one card inside. It's ultimately the riskiest box of the day for Buzz ...

My Take Before I Broke This: I threw this one into an order somehow thinking it was the year before -- I busted a case of that one and more -- and that set was a little safer with some better names and arguably the biggest pricey/controversial auto to find, Vince McMahon, in the mix, too. When I realized it was this year -- one with a lot more young names in bulk with perhaps some end-of-licensed sticker dumping on one of those NXTers here ... cards that might not sell for $10 -- I was sweating it as a main event box or whether it even would make this day's lineup at all. Why? The cost now vs. original price (it's about doubled) makes those misses on lesser names burn more.
Who Won The Battle? I definitely won the battle this time when I popped that lid -- I was surprised for sure -- and I acknowledged The Cardboard Gods after this one, too. Odds on any particular star for this parallel color is one in 30 boxes and with nine stars on that checklist that makes Reigns roughly one in 270 boxes.

The Top Rookies: I'll skip naming them this time ... though there are some newcomers with ink in this release that are worth the look ... such as L.A. Knight. (Yeah!)

Card That Stole The Show: Apologies to RVD, but this card was the whole (bleeping) show. The Tribal Chief ended this show with a win -- this is a card that can sell for around $300 (more or less) -- and now the question is ... will that happen on both nights of WrestleMania? We'll find out soon.
Box/Case Grade: A+ ... It's likely the strongest one card of the day and not the norm for this one unless you're ripping in bulk ... though this card can still be topped.
Fun Grade: B+ ... The product gets a B/B+ kind of grade from me as it's one and done for opening ... but this particular box was an A for sure.

The Bottom Line: It's not Stone Cold, it's not The Rock ... but it's perhaps the biggest card of the biggest name in WWE today. (Tomorrow and Sunday? We'll see.)
