Collecting Game-used: Yes, I went to journalism for this
This entry was posted on February 24, 2026.

I'm not joking you ... I really did go to journalism for this.
My newest item in the Collecting Game-used series is one from the world of pro wrestling and it’s a simple item direct from a former WWE star with plenty of screen time attached that you can watch right here, right now ... even though it wasn’t even technically match-used.
It’s a piece direct from the hands of a star who’s going to be back on your TV screens soon thanks to her moving to AEW along with her long-time tag team partner -- an inspiring duo with many an iconic moment ... and catchphrase or two. One or two of those have already been worked in here -- if you know you know -- but I’ll detail it all here if you keep reading to see the details.
In WWE, she was known as Billie Kay and in the years before -- and since then, too, because it’s her real name -- she’s Jessica McKay. Her and her tag team partner, Peyton Royce aka Cassie Lee, have been known as The IIconics and The IInspiration, a championship winning (at Wrestlemania no less) pair of Aussies who aren’t shy about talking down their opponents -- or an interviewer or two -- non-stop. Watch the video above -- and watch for the reaction -- for just a taste and two of those catchphrases. For a brief time, they were split apart in WWE and my new piece of memorabilia comes from that time, when Kay was meeting with teams, offering up her résumés and headshots (see gallery) and helping them out around ringside as you can see below (see video), as well.
Now, onto the item ...

THE BASICS ...
TV-worn gear (direct from McKay): Choker and armbands worn during her antics during a Smackdown match between The Riott Squad (Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott) and Tamina & Natalya on Jan. 1, 2021 -- and during a backstage promo for WWE.com that same night as she continued to sell others on her available wrestling services.

What's Buzz-worthy: This is a simple accessory set to the entire gear ensemble, which she had previously sold piece by piece on one of her Whatnot streams but for whatever reason the buyer didn’t pay for them. I picked them off a week later for about $50 -- sure, not that cheap but cheaper than a lot of WWE card boxes these days -- and while it was already signed with a printed Billie Kay sig in the previous stream she asked if I wanted anything added. That’s when I mentioned one of her catch-phrases, knowing that wouldn’t fit. Apparently inspired by my choice, she pulled out a photo set aside for signing for later in her stream and inked that one for me with a little extra. I responded with some thanks and I admitted that, yes, I went to journalism from that. (This piece? It’s the proof.) I didn’t know the exact date for when the red gear was worn, but this style was definitely from later in her WWE run and once I cross-checked her match list from late-2020/early 2021 and some TV show lineups. it was an easy photo-match to video of both the match and segment you see above. In a later stream of hers, I picked off the signed headshot and resume photos -- those were classic storylines -- and I’m sure I’ll find something for her/their new chapters to come in AEW soon.
