What's buzz-worthy: Topps brings Finest to the Champions League with a mini-box format that guarantees ink every time -- and that's a good thing because there's some international star power teased as being this one.

The Basics: The base set will consist of 100 cards with Refractors two per mini box (one in three packs). There will be Purple (/250), Blue (/150), Green (/99), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Red (/5) and 1/1 Superfractors. There also will be an "extended set" with base cards of other players not in the main 100 and these will have Gold, Red and Supers at the same volumes as well as autographed parallels (/TBD) and autographed Superfractors. ... On the insert card front, there are Finest Cornerstones and Standout Strikers and each of those sets will have Gold, Red and Superfractor versions as well as a single autographed parallel and a Superfractor autograph. ... Lionel Messi will get the nod for the Finest Champions League Careers diecut set that will have Gold, Red and Superfractor versions as well as numbered (/TBD) autograph parallels. ... Finest Autographs will include Blue (/150), Green (/99), Green Wave (/99), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Orange Wave (/25), Red (/5), Red Wave (/5) and 1/1 Superfractors.
