What: 2020 Panini Chronicles baseball cards

What's buzz-worthy: Panini's all-in-ones brand arrives once again with some familiar sets as well as some new ones all under one lid with either a hit or a Spectra card in every pack.

The Basics: There will be a ton of brands in this one and each pack will include three acetate cards (Certified being one of the sets), two Optichrome, two holographic stock cards while hitless packs will include Spectra cards. New brands this time around for baseball will be Mosaic, Luminance, Playbook, Magnitude and Origins, while on-card rookie autos will be found on cards from Origins, America’s Pastime, Boys of Summer and Spectra. Other inclusions here will be Crusade, Contenders Optic, Certified, Limited, Titan, Score and Donruss. Spectra will have auto-mem cards for prospects as well as rookies, while Origins also will have RPAs. Each of the brands will have their own array of parallels but those were not noted, while Obsidian base and autograph cards did have their parallels noted as being no more than copies. ... Boxes will carry an increased suggested retail price of $120 ($20 per pack).
