What's buzz-worthy: Prizm takes to the diamond once again with some new looks -- like Giraffe parallels you see above -- as well as plenty of the familiar in this popular and colorful brand.

The Basics: Boxes will include 12 cards per pack (144 per box) with three Silver Prizms, four Blue Prizms, five Red Prizms and three numbered Prizms atop the autographs in this one. ... This one once again will have three tiers as part of a 250 card set and include past and present stars as well as young stars. Parallels were not detailed in advance for this one, but hobby-only Giraffe, Burgundy Cracked Ice and Navy-Carolina Blue cards were among the combos teased. The Blue cards will be the star appearing in every pack in one-per-case Hot Boxes. ... Among the inserts will be Lava Flow (a rarer find), Color Blast, Illumination, Lumber Inc. and Fireworks each with parallels. ... Ink will include Signatures, Rookie Autographs and Pro Penmanship. The rookie set alone will include 100 signers. ... Boxes will carry an increased suggested retail price of $135.

Update (March 11): Quick Pitch boxes will be made for this one with two Silver Prizms and one auto per 18-pack box (20 boxes per case). The "donut circles" texture will be the look found in these boxes with Blue and Red cards among the parallels only found here. Autos will also use that and have at least Bronze, Teal and White versions for the three sets that were previously teased.
