What's buzz-worthy: National Treasures baseball cards arrive for the 10th time with all-time greats, promising prospects and a few other young stars all inside what looks like a hits-only release this year.

The Basics: Among the inclusions will be Rookie Material Signatures, base Red White & Blue memorabilia cards and Hall of Fame Materials for starters and they'll be joined by Signature Names (above) for 20 players, Diecut Material Signatures (100 players), Century Materials, Definitive Ink Penmanship Materials Signatures, bat nameplates and bat knob cards. Parallels will be in play across the board here but were not detailed in advance. Some of the colors will include Holo Gold, Holo Silver and Platinum. ... Among prospects in this one will be Jackson Holliday, Elly De La Cruz and Jackson Chourio, while young stars Masataka Yoshida, Elly De La Cruz and Bobby Witt Jr. will be in there along with all-time greats such as Ken Griffey Jr., Lou Gehrig, Roger Bresnahan, Lou Brock, Pete Rose and others. Among the booklet cards will be dual memorabilia signatures and Legendary Materials. ... Boxes once again will carry a suggested retail price of $525.
