What's buzz-worthy: Topps Archives will arrive in two formats as noted above with some bonus items in each type of box that include everything from 3D glasses to postcards.

The Basics: The 300-card base set will showcase many past years all in one spot with the 300-card base set carrying the past looks from 1956, 1965 and 2003. Parallels will include Rainbow (/199), Green (/99), Aqua Sparkle (/75), Red Hot Foil (/50) and 1/1 FoilFractors. Also included will be image variations for some players. ... Among the inserts will be 1989 Topps Doubleheaders, 1998 Topps Baby Boomers, 1979 Topps Comics, 1957 Topps Hit Stars and 1969 Topps Team History (/69). The first two will have Black, Silver Red and Foilfractor parallels while foil versions of the Team History cards will be three per blaster box with a parallel and an autographed version to chase.  ... Among the autographs will be Fan Favorites and Fan Favorites Premium (/50 or less), 1998 Topps Baby Boomers, 1957 Topps Hit Stars and 1997 Season's Best ink. All will have Gold (/50), Red (/10) and 1/1 Foilfractors, while some will add a Green (/99) parallel. The Premiums will only have the 1/1 parallel. Also in play are 1969 Team History image variation ink and buyback autos (/10).

Update (Oct. 9): Each Collector's Box will include 10 packs with one autograph card in play as well as one 1969 Topps Poster Postcards and a retro lunch box -- one of four players featured. ... Each hobby box will include 24 packs with two autos and include a pair of 3D glasses. ... Parallel cards exclusive to hobby boxes will be Blue Foilboard (/25) and Orange Hot Foilboard (/15). Also only in hobby will be 1954 Topps 3D cards (that's what your glasses are for) as well as 1997 Topps Season's Best cards and 1997 Topps Hobby Masters (/24). Exclusive cards for autos will be Blue Foil versions of Hit Stars, Fan Favorites, Baby Bombers and Season's Best -- all limited to 25 copies -- along with Hobby Masters autos (/23). Joining them will be Doubleheaders dual autos (/TBD) with Gold (/50), Blue (/25), Red (/5) and 1/1 Foilfractor versions as well as some 2022 Topps Astros World Series champ buyback autos (/22).
