What's buzz-worthy: Topps takes the field in the unlicensed realm with this high-end line that includes almost nothing but hits in every box with "a high-class art style theme."

The Basics: Top rookie QBs and stars from the past guide the way here with a base set where every card has five parallels and then a set of 1/1 printing plates. The lineup includes Blue (/20), Orange (/10), Green (/8), Scarlet (/5) and 1/1 Gold. ... There are 10 autograph sets to chase in this one and all will have that same parallel lineup. They include Aquarelle, Virtuoso, Headline Signatures, Acrylic Drip, Motif Endorsements, Gallery, Canvas Champions, Gridiron Legends, Gridiron Legends Duals and Gridiron Legends Triples. The last two will only have Gold and Scarlet parallels. Joining them will be Motif Cut autos. ... There also will be four autographed relic sets in this one with multi-piece cards in play and parallels based on the materials inside the card. There will be rookie relic auto jerseys, rookie relic auto dual patches, rookie relic auto triple patches and rookie relic auto quad patches. Each of these will have Jersey (/99), Helmet (/49), Football (/35), Cleat (/25), Glove (/15), Team Logo (/10), Laundry Tag (/5) and 1/1 Shield parallels.
