What's buzz-worthy: Pieces of the Past turns its the hit-per-box approach into a hit in every pack this time with document and memorabilia cuts as well as other unusual items inside cards as it celebrates its past releases all in one spot.

The Basics: Among the Relics? Single-piece cards, dual-piece cards, triple-piece cards, coins, car emblems, handwriting samples and more. Each case will include at least one card with either a cut auto, ancient coin or fossil embedded. Among the subjects here are Martin Luther King Jr., John F. Kennedy, Mozart Beethoven, George Washington, John Adams, Vincent Van Gogh, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, J.P. Morgan, Cornelius Vanderbilt, Benjamin Franklin, King Tut, Cleopatra, Julius Caesar and others on the mix of pieces and card types. ... Among the teased cut autos are William H. Taft, John Paul Getty, Millard Fillmore and King Edward VIII. ... A sampling of the relics, subjects and more can be seen in the gallery below. ... Boxes once again carry a suggested retail price of $49.95.
