What's buzz-worthy: Definitive returns for an eighth edition for MLB fans with plenty of the high-end inclusions that collectors expect.

The Basics: The case size is smaller this year but the hits make-up inside is the same -- all hits -- with cards coming from a lineup that incudes Definitive Moments (/10), Definitive autos (/50), Legendary autos (/25), rookie autos (/50), framed autos (/30), dual autos (/35), triple autos (/25), quad autos (/5) and Defining Images (/25). Not all will have parallels but Green, Purple and 1/1 Red will be among them with varying volumes for those other colors. There also will be a selection of 1/1 cut autos. ... Auto Relics will include Definitive (/50 max) with the biggest rainbow of parallels -- Green (/25), Purple (/10) and five 1/1s -- Team Logo, MLB Logo, Majestic Logo, Jersey Button and Laundry Tag. Joining them will be auto patch books (/5), jumbo auto Relics (/40), rookie patch autos (/50) and First Batting Gloves (/5). All will have 1/1 Red parallels, while some will have other colors. Rounding out the auto Relics will be duals (/35), framed auto patches (/30), Ultra Patch Collection (/TBD) and Protectors At The Plate Auto Relics (/5). The first two will have Purple (/10) parallels while the others will have 1/1 Reds ... Eight Relic sets will round things out with 1/1 MLB logo patches, dual MLB logo patches, triple MLB logo patches, Nameplate Collection and Patch Collection. More standard Relics will include jumbos (/50) with Blue (/30), Green (/15) Purple (/5) and 1/1 Reds as well as Protectors At The Plate (/25) with Green/Purple/Red parallels. Also in the mix are Definitive Helmets (/50 max) along with Purple (/5), and 1/1 Reds that will include MLB logos, Rawlings tags, Rawlings Authentics tags and MPH versions.
