What's buzz-worthy: Topps' fourth Chrome release for the NCAA prospect ranks in pack form with full college licensing arrives soon with a mix of modern and throwback vibes inside its boxes.

The Basics: The base set of this one will include 200 top current stars on Chrome stock and we've got some other early basics and teasers. Among the inserts will be image variations, College Rule Playbook, Path To Glory, Lettered Up! and Acropolis. Autographed sets will include Campus Visit, Campus Stars, a 1955 Topps All-American homage and Chrome prospects.

Update (Nov. 19): There will be a Sapphire Edition for this release -- click here for checklist -- with "a full rainbow of exclusive parallels, including Yellow, Gold, Orange, Black, Red, and 1/1 Padparadschas." Box details have not yet been released.
