What's buzz-worthy: Five Star hits to the diamond for another year with a new format, some new looks, some deluxe inclusions and a mix of stars from the past and present ... sometimes on the same card.

The Basics: There will be one encased card per pack here with one per box being a base card or parallel (/50 max) and then one being a case-hit auto. The other four packs will be signed cards as well. Cases will guarantee one auto Relic, one acetate auto and one colored-ink auto each time. All autos will be limited to no more than 199 serial-numbered copies. ... Base cards (/50) will have Orange (/25), Emerald (/15), Black (/10), Red (/5) and 1/1 Foilfractor parallels.

Among the signed cards will be Quintuple Relics with pieces of game-used bats, gloves, batting gloves and uniforms among the possibilities. Joining them will be Award-winner Auto Relics (/10) with 1/1 image variations, Jumbo Prime (/50 max) with a meaty parallel lineup (see gallery) and duals with Orange (/5) and 1/1 Red parallels. Also in there for hits will be Pre-eminent Power, Stars & Stitches, Rookie Cap MLB Logoman cards, Rookie Cap side logos, base autos, dual autos, triple autos, Quotable, Five Tool Phenom, Five Time Signatures, Baseball Royalty, Golden Graphs, Silver Signatures, Pentamerous Penmanship, Leaping For The Stars and Field Access  -- see the gallery for the full parallel lineups on all of those.

Rounding things out for the rarest of the rare all be a Roger Maris/Aaron Judge dual-auto card, Welcome To The Club Clayton Kershaw dual autos for 3,000-K Club members and two cut auto sets for former players and also selected celebrities.
