First Buzz: 2025 Topps Holiday baseball cards (updated)

What's buzz-worthy: The annual Holiday version of Topps baseball cards is on its way with some variety on formats -- each with some exclusive parallels -- and some new looks.

The Basics: There will be 10-pack and 100-card mega boxes, a 22-pack advent calendar and 59-card tins, which can be found in three-tin hobby and retail boxes or in nine-tin displays. Megas will include three variations or Holiday back variations and six Glitter parallels (one of those Blue). They also will include one Light Blue & White Glitter parallel, one ornament card and one hit or Chrome variation. Among the Relics will be dual-player cards, holiday-shaped Relics (up top), player Relics, Santa hat Relics and holiday faux Relics for an elf, nutcracker, gingerbread man, Scrooge and Santa Claus. Among autos will be Santa hat auto Relics, the faux Relics with ink, player auto Relics and standard player autos (no Relic).

Calendars will include an exclusive three-card Evergreen pack, two buybacks and a past original pack along with 20 Plaid parallels and Nice list inserts. Each tin will have one SP variation, three Holiday Lights parallels and two Blue Metallic Holiday Lights parallels. ... The base set will be 200 cards with nods to all three flagship releases.
