Items in this mystery box: Two autographed wrestling cards for $50

My result: Santana (aka Mike Santana in TNA right now) & Penta El Zero M (aka Penta in WWE right now) autographed 2021 UD All Elite Wrestling cards (High Spots certified/encased)

What's Buzz-worthy: This pairing came to me via the leading dealer of autographed stuff in the wrestling realm during a streamed sale (aka High Spots and their Virtual Gimmick Table) where this box was one of a few possible scenarios for a set price. You know what you’ll get when you’re on the stream -- but you don’t know who you get until you open the box. It worked out pretty well with Santana currently the TNA World Champion and Penta the WWE Intercontinental Champion right now -- both perhaps at peaks for their careers despite plenty of time in the game. These come from the first AEW set with the Santana being a Rookie Card by the traditional definition there, while Penta had his first card in packs while working in Mexico a few years earlier (2019 Panini Lucha Libre AAA). High Spots' presentation and encapsulation of their autographed cards helps here -- they are not QR coded or JSA authenticated like everything they sell, instead opting for stickered magnetics for cards. That’s fine by me. There were other possibilities that could have happened for this box but a pair of cards -- and these names -- work for me.
