TEN PACKS, TEN AUTOGRAPHS
The Box: 2008 Razor Signature Series baseball box
The Price: Click here
Why it’s Buzz-worthy: With the MLB Draft tonight, I figured I'd give this one a nod both for the power of prospect cards in everything when it comes to baseball these days and for the reality that not all draft classes age that well. This one has an autograph in every pack and a number of guys who made it to MLB and then many who didn't really make much of a mark. Your most-notable autos here at this point are Giancarlo Stanton (in his "Mike" days) as well as Buster Posey, Charlie Blackmon and Eric Hosmer. Others that have been of note at times? Tim Beckham, Pedro Alvarez, Yonder Alonso and Matt Wieters to name a few. An autograph in every pack makes this one fun but it can be a bit of a bummer if you don't land one of the bigger names ... but at the low-price volume still makes for a decent rip and you can find parallels and dual autos, too.Keep reading for five more interesting items in this week's roundup ...

BlowoutCards.com Beach Boys sale offers good vibrations for collectors
Wouldn't it be nice to own autographs from members of an iconic American band?
That's a lot easier than you might think for The Beach Boys -- in fact it can be guaranteed -- thanks to BlowoutCards.com's newest Black November sale wave. It's a prelude of sorts for what's to come with Black Friday next week, but for fans of this band there's no beating this one.
It's the Pet Sounds of sales. It's fun, fun, fun ... and more.
As part of the sale, boxes and cases of Panini America's 2013 Beach Boys card set should give you some good vibrations after you do some simple math. You typically get two autographs per 20-box case with five possible signers -- Brian Wilson, Mike Love, Al Jardine, Bruce Johnston or David Marks. Each of them signed an equal total of 350 cards. The Wilson card you see here? It went for $270 on eBay -- and it's not alone as a strong seller.
Now, how much are those cases or boxes? (That's not a typo.) And the original prices on these boxes was originally $72, meaning those cases were originally $1,435 a pop.

If you hadn't noticed, there are a number of boxes with discounted prices now over on the mothership as BlowoutCards.com's Black November Wave 10 hits today.
Many of the discounts were dramatic enough that Buzz had to sit down and ponder the possibilities in many of the boxes and cases -- and here are five boxes that caught this collector’s eye.
2013 Panini Beach Boys hobby box
This box is admittedly probably off the radar of many collectors but that doesn't mean that it can't deliver. In fact, these can deliver well if you pull the right ink. This Brian Wilson card here? It sold for more than you might think and he's not alone when it comes to autos in there that have topped the $100 mark. Like the Panini Country release, there are non-traditional collectors chasing cards here to build sets or chase stuff they like with no regard for what something "should" cost based on what it is or its scarcity. Meanwhile, they may not know where to buy boxes -- or not want to. Those things can lead to some surprising results -- and that's not the only surprise. Check out the price on this box.
