Loupe app helps simplify group-break process for all
If you've been considering joining group breaks but don't know where to look, there's one relatively new option to help get you in the loop.
It's Loupe and it's a live-streaming e-commerce app launched late last year that's focused on helping group-breakers and their potential customers get their ripping done all in one spot.
Describing itself as combining "the community of video game streaming with the excitement of opening cards" and a one-of-a-kind first, Loupe is regularly hosting big breaks with this big highlight over the weekend.
"Until today, no one app had perfected the unified user experience for breaking sports cards live," said a company release. "And that’s where Loupe comes in, by providing all the tools both buyers and sellers need within one mobile app, bringing together disparate technologies and platforms and letting buyers and sellers come together to rip open packs of cards."

Four fans who find Phil Hughes autos will land free cardboard
Pull a "Phil's Pulls" card and get free cards.
It's as simple as that in 2020 Topps Archives where former MLB pitcher Phil Hughes is offering free stuff, including a case, to anyone who pulls one of four specific inscribed autographs he signed for the release. The new boxes arrive on Wednesday and will be found right here.
It's a tie-in to his Phil's Pulls channel of YouTube videos where he breaks and shows off finds from his many boxes of cards he rips and does group breaks.

GoFundMe page for Clay Parks' son works toward $20K goal
The GoFundMe page for the family of a group-breaker who died in last week's shooting at the the Henry Pratt Co. in Aurora, Ill., has more than doubled its amount raised since Tuesday. And now BlowoutTV has set up an auction-style case break of 2019 Topps Heritage with winning bids from the break being directed directly to the fund once they are final. It's one of a few efforts in the hobby helping an infant son and wife left behind.
Clay Parks was one of the five people who died during the shooting last Friday. The 32-year-old was the HR manager at the company and had joined that team last November. In the card world, he ran Sportszilla Breaks for the last couple years along with his wife, Abby.
The GoFundMe page is set up for their infant son Axel's college fund. So far, it has has reached $14,000 of its $20,000 goal. Blowout Cards is encouraging those who collect to get in on the breaks so we can all help them reach -- and top -- that goal. (E-mail Buzz at BlowoutBuzz@blowoutcards.com if you know of any other breaks benefitting this and we'll add them here.)
