Ticket Stud or Ticket Dud? You decide ... here's Chapter 51
This entry was posted on October 23, 2025.

With these Ticket Stud or Ticket Dud stories I'm turning just a tiny bit of that energy just a few degrees away from cards (we'll still have plenty of them here) for a different kind of cardboard. What am I doing? Simple ... this is an occasional dip into some random ticket lots -- a show and tell showing something small with a story.
This time? An NBA battle from not that long ago.
Keep reading to see the details this time ... and tell me if you think it's a Ticket Stud or a Ticket Dud.

What's Buzz-worthy: With a new NBA season here, I dipped into the ticket box with a basketball ticket on my radar and arrived at this one -- a ticket from a game when Cooper Flagg was a mere seven years old but still after when Topps was last making NBA cards. Visually, it's all-Celtics all the time ... and that's fine as this clearly came from a season ticket book. The Celtics names attached to this game aren't all that flashy other than Rondo but I'll admit I like the look here vs. the Mavericks logo then ... so it could have been worse. The Celtics had a three-game win streak ended while the Mavericks won their fifth in a row.
Stud or Dud? Probably neither, though a Ticketmaster style logo would be a Dud in comparison to this one.
